I never thought I’d be here again… asking for help. When I moved back after 16 years away from my family, I thought it was going to be my happy ending. Instead, it’s been one heartbreak after another.

It started with an argument that turned into my mom attacking me, and my husband stepped in to protect me, and he ended up in jail. We’ve been dealing with drama since day one, but I still invested over $20,000 into building a studio we could call ours. Now… it’s all gone. We got kicked out, and before we could move our things, a mysterious flood hit the studio. Nobody knows where the water came from. Mold has already taken over so much of our stuff — furniture, clothes, tools, and electrical equipment. But the most painful part? We lost things we can never replace… family pictures, my girls’ baby items, and even their umbilical cords. Those memories are gone forever.

We’re trying to save what we can, but it’s exhausting, expensive, and honestly, it feels like starting from zero all over again. Over 85% of the stuff has water damage.
